The International Labour Organization just published its annual flagship report on the state of the global job market, with a particular focus on environmental sustainability  and on how climate change and environmental degradation will impact the labour markets.

ILO foresees the creation of 24 Millions new jobs worldwide (coupled with the loss of 6 Millions jobs) until 2030, this being

the result of the adoption of sustainable practices, including changes in the energy mix, the projected growth in the use of electric vehicles, and increases in energy efficiency in existing and future buildings…
